In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 13 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, the List of Valid Nomination of candidates for bye-election to the Twenty Fifth Council from Western India Regional Constituency has been sent to each candidate whose nomination has been accepted by the Panel of Scrutiny vide letter dated 15th July, 2022. It may be mentioned that under rule 14 of the aforesaid Rules, withdrawal of candidature can be made by a candidate by giving a notice in his/her own hand and duly signed by him/her and delivered to the undersigned on or before 6.00 P.M. on 25th July, 2022. Any candidate who has given notice of withdrawal of his/her candidature shall not be allowed to cancel or withdraw that notice.
