As you all are aware, ICAI has always been proactive in disseminating the knowledge and sharpening the skills of its members. Recently, changes were made in the provisions pertaining to compliance by Charitable Trusts and Institutions under the Income-tax Act, 1961 and Form No. 10B and 10BB were re-notified. The utility of Form No. 10B and 10BB was released in the last week of August wherein detailed reporting is required.

In order to understand the intricacies of the said forms and for meeting the statutory obligation of furnishing these forms in a smooth manner, the Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI has undertaken various initiatives as under:
