The CCLEANC is a non-standing Committee of ICAI, CCLEANC of ICAI strives to create awareness amongst Chartered Accountants about the professional opportunities available to them in contributing to economic growth by combining analytical foresight with commercial acumen, members can assist organizations in navigating complexity and driving positive impacts. One of the primary objectives is to study and examine various Commercial Laws, Rules, etc., issued by regulators, with the aim of updating members of ICAI and representing them on issues arising from these regulations. The following are the major focus areas of the working of the Committee:

• Laws related to Alternate Dispute Resolution
