No. 54-Bye-EL(1)/1/2022: In pursuance of sub-rules (3) and (5) of rule 6 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, it is hereby notified that the printed copy of the list of members eligible to vote (i.e., List of Voters) for bye-election to fill the casual vacancy on the Twenty Fifth Council of the Institute from Western India Regional Constituency will be available on payment of Rs.2000/- per copy from the office of the Institute at ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi - 110 002 and from its on-line Centralised Distribution System (CDS) i.e., www.icai-cds.org; effective from 15th June, 2022. Copies of the List of Voters will also be available for sale from the Mumbai decentralized office. The list of voters will also be available for reference only at the respective Branches of the Western India Regional Council. The soft copy of the List of Voters will be available at a cost of Rs. 500/- online from the CDS Portal of the Institute, i.e. www.icai-cds.org; only.
