In terms of the provisions of sub-rule (5) of Rule 16 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, it is notified for general information of the members at large that the Panel for enforcement of the Election Code of Conduct issued by the Returning Officer under sub-rule (1) of the aforesaid Rule for the forthcoming bye-election to the twenty fifth Council from Western India Regional Constituency shall be composed of the following persons:-
