Monitoring and ensuring the compliance of Regulatory and other activities related to Regional Councils, Branches of Regional Councils and Students’ Associations and their Branches as defined under The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, The Chartered Accountants Regulation 1988 and as per Directions and Guidelines issued by the Council, Executive Committee and Management Committee from time to time as under:

  • 1. To submit recommendation to President/Executive Committee/Management Committee/Council on the following:
    • a. Setting up Branches of Regional councils of ICAI
    • b. Setting up Branches of Students’ Associations of ICAI
