Terms of Reference

To define, assess, and maintain an IT governance structure that aligns technology with business processes to deliver value to stakeholders.
To offer digital transformation and enabling scaling digital technologies evaluation, implementation support, and advisory services to ICAI Committees and Departments.
To Formulate, implement and review a centralized IT Governance covering hardware and software/technology and communication Infrastructures.
