Function / Mission / Terms of Reference
| To analyze Corporate Laws including the Companies Act, the Indian Partnership Act and the Limited Liability Partnership Act, and other related corporate legislations, along with the Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Notifications, Schemes and Schedules issued thereunder, vis-à-vis best global practices, with a view to promote ease of doing business, and to make appropriate representations/suggestions to the concerned Ministries of Government while participating in and facilitating the Law-making process. |
