As the role of Chartered Accountants continues to evolve from traditional compliance functions to that of strategic business advisors, there is a growing imperative for structured upskilling in the domain of consulting and advisory services. This course aims to empower members with key capabilities in business diagnostics, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and value-centric consulting delivery.

  • Proven ability to engage the Participants of this Certificate Course through Effective Content Writing, Strong Written communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
