The Professional Skills Enrichment Committee (PSEC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is in the process of developing meticulously designed study materials and course modules for the Certificate Course on Business Analytical Skills.

With the evolving role of Chartered Accountants from conventional compliance tasks to strategic business advisory, there is an increasing demand for systematic upskilling in analytics and advisory domains. This course aims to equip members with critical skills in business analysis, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and the delivery of actionable, value-oriented business insights.

To ensure that the curriculum is both thorough and aligned with current professional standards, we invite your valuable insights and contributions, especially in the design and development of study materials and course modules for this Certificate Course.

We warmly invite academicians, industry professionals, and subject matter experts to collaborate with us in the design and development of study materials and course modules in accordance with the syllabus of this Certificate Course.

Responsibilities of Study Materials / Course Module Developers:

Developers of this Certificate Course will be entrusted with:
  • Designing and developing study materials that actively engage participants throughout the course.
  • Creating content enriched with practical insights, real-world business problems and solutions, case studies, and applied analytical scenarios.
  • Ensuring alignment of the materials with the course syllabus, learning objectives, and professional requirements.
  • Incorporating interactive exercises, assessments, and discussion prompts to enhance participant understanding and application of concepts.
  • Presenting complex concepts in a clear, structured, and learner-friendly manner suitable for both classroom and virtual delivery.
  • Updating content with contemporary developments and emerging trends in business analytics and advisory practices.
Eligibility Criteria for Study Materials / Course Module Developers:
  • Significant professional or academic experience in Business Analytical Skills, or related fields, with deep theoretical knowledge and practical expertise relevant to developing study materials.
  • Proven ability to engage participants effectively through well-structured content, strong written communication, facilitation skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Prior experience in designing course modules, curriculum development, or instructional material for professional learning programs is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with creating content suitable for both classroom and virtual learning environments, including case studies, exercises, and assessments.
  • Ability to present complex concepts clearly and in a learner-friendly manner.
  • Commitment to maintain the medium of instruction for all study materials and course modules in English only.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and alignment with the syllabus and intended learning outcomes of the Certificate Course.
Honorarium for Contribution
