The Professional Skills Enrichment Committee (PSEC) of the ICAI is proud to introduce the Psychometric Test Assessment Series: ICAI Cavalry, a dynamic initiative aimed at catalysing the holistic development of our members by enhancing core behavioural and cognitive competencies. Chartered Accountants today are expected to lead, influence, negotiate, and communicate with impact all while navigating complex business ecosystems. The identified psychometric skills represent the key pillars of professional agility, leadership, and resilience. Through engaging weekly assessments, members will receive valuable insights into their own skillsets, develop self-awareness, and continuously strive toward personal and professional enrichment.
