| An important reform committed by Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) implementing Urban Infrastructure Development Scheme for Small and Medium Towns (UIDSSMT) projects is time-bound migration from cash based accounting to the Double Entry Accrual Based Accounting System (DEABAS). In the first phase, 57 ULBs are undertaking migration to DEABAS. |
| APUFIDC invites bids from experienced and reputed Chartered Accountant Firms, with experience of over 10 years and relevant experience of at least 5 years in accounts of GoI/State Government/ULBs/PSUs/Public Sector Banks, to implement the migration from cash based accounting to the Double Entry Accrual Based Accounting System (DEABAS) in 57 ULBs under regional centres, i.e. Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Guntur, Karimnagar, Hyderabad, Kurnool, and Tirupati. A Firm may apply for not more than 2 regions. |
