Last Date of Registration for Post Qualification Course in Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management for November, 2020 Technical Examination

The Post Qualification Course in 'Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management (DIRM) of ICAI is intended to equip the members of the Institute to become Insurance and Risk Management professionals and Insurance consultants. The DIRM Course is tailor-made for CAs who wish to emerge as preferred professional in the insurance sector. The contemporary and comprehensive course material of the DIRM Course provides inputs required to comprehend the nitty-gritty of the insurance industry.

Registration for the Course is open throughout the year. Members registered to the Course will be eligible to appear for Technical Examination of the Course only after completion of requisite time between registration and Technical Examination and satisfactorily completion of postal Eligibility Test Papers.

Kind attention of the members is invited to the last date for taking registration to the Course in order to become eligible to appear in the Technical Examination to be held in November, 2020 and onwards is 31st March, 2020. Although the last date for registration to the Course is 31st March, 2020 yet in order to facilitate the members residing in the nook and corner of the Country, duly filled up registration form received after the due date i.e. 31st March, 2020 may be considered for November, 2020 DIRM Technical Examination if and only if, either the payment instrument (either Demand Draft or Pay Order only) must be obtained from any Nationalized/scheduled bank on or before 31st March, 2020 or online payment of registration fee is made by 31st March, 2020. The registration forms to be received beyond the cut off date and not complying with any of the preceding conditions shall be considered for the next DIRM Technical Examination to be held after November, 2021.

One Hundred Fifty only), can be obtained from the Institute's sale counters at New Delhi and the Regional Offices at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata & Kanpur and the Branches of the Institute (subject to availability).
