| This is to bring to the kind attention of the members that the Japanese Financial Services Agency (JFSA) has recently published the proposal for Cabinet Orders and Cabinet Office Ordinances to implement revised Certified Public Accountants Law etc. which were passed by the Diet of Japan in June 2007 and are expected to take effect in April 2008. |
| The JFSA invites comments on the Proposed Cabinet Office Ordinance from the Indian audit firms also. |
