The ICAI is the apex accountancy body established by the Parliament for regulating the profession of Chartered Accountants in India. During its glorious existence of more than sixty-two years, ICAI has achieved recognition as a premier accountancy body not only in south asian region but globally as well.

(A)   With the view to cope with the ever growing profile of the profession of accountancy at the national and global levels, ICAI is augmenting its intellectual capital base in technical and acadmic wings with tested and competent officers of the levels of Director, Dean, Joint Directors, Assistant Directors in such core areas as accounting, auditing and assurance, indirect taxes, corporate, economic and commercial laws, and information technology. The incumbent for the post of Dean will basically look after the affairs of Centres of Excellence set up by ICAI.

(B)   ICAI also requires Director (IT), Director (HR & Admn.), Director (Legal) and Director (Finance). Candidates preferably Chartered Accoutnants who are presently reporting directly to the top management of reputed organization should apply.

(C)   For the position of Civil/project engineers, candidates with onfield and relevant work experience with reputed Project Management Consultants/Contractors may apply.

Candidates with impressive, consistent and proven academic/professional track record and relevant post qualification experience alone should apply. Attractive compensation and best career prospects would be offered commensurate with nature of published work, relevant qualification, experience including public practice and competence in the respective field and on the basis of nature of offer mutually agreed to i.e., regular or three years minimum contract. Relaxation in eligibility criteria and higher start can however be considered, at the discretion of the Management for deserving candidates.

Present total monthly emoluments inclusive of Basic Pay, DA at Central Govt. rates and HRA at 35% of Basic pay and Transport subsidy will be:

1 Director / Dean Rs.154000
2 Joint Director Rs.108000
3 Deputy Director Rs.87000
4 Assistant Director Rs.50000
Other usual benefits such as LTC, PF, Pension etc as per rules of the Institute would also be applicable.
