Qualifications
Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Company Secretary or MBA (first division) or M.Com (first division) / LLB (first division) / LLM (first division). |

Emoluments
Present total monthly emolument, including DP, DA and CCA at Central Government rates and HRA at 35% of the basic pay & DP for the position of Additional Director / Additional Secr4tary RS. 69,000/-, for Joint Director / Joint Secretary Rs. 57,000/-; Dy. Director/Dy. Secretary Rs. 43,300/-and for Assistant Director/Assistant Secretary Rs. 31600/-; plus other usual benefits as per rule of the Institute. However, a higher starting salary can be considered for deserving candidates.
Remuneration is negotiable commensurate with the qualification and relevant experience. Relaxation in Eligibility criteria, pay protection and higher start can be considered subject to final decision of the Institute for deserving candidates. |
