The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), United Arab Emirates on January 21, 2021.

The objective of this MoU between ICAI & HCT, UAE would facilitate to work together to explore the additional avenues resulting in strengthening the accounting, financial and audit knowledge base within United Arab Emirates.
