Empanelment of Faculty for the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks
The Internal Audit Standards Board (IASB) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) conducts the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks with the objective of equipping members with comprehensive knowledge and practical insights into the conduct of concurrent audits. The course is designed to enhance the quality, effectiveness and scope of concurrent audit assignments undertaken by Chartered Accountants.

The Certificate Course has received an encouraging response from the members and more than 453 physical batches and 98 virtual batches successfully conducted by the Board across the country. The course is spread over six days, with sessions conducted on weekends to facilitate participation by practicing professionals. The Internal Audit Standards Board now invites applications from experienced professionals for empanelment as faculty members for the Certificate Course.

Eligible members should possess:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the banking sector and/or concurrent audit of banks.
  • Experience in delivering technical lectures, seminars, or training programmes for Chartered Accountants or other professional forums.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more subjects covered under the Certificate Course.

Last date for submitting response is August 31, 2026.

The Board will evaluate the applications and empanel suitable faculty members based on their experience, expertise, and teaching credentials. Faculty members shortlisted by the Board will be invited to make a presentation of 10–15 minutes on the session/topic of their choice from the course structure. The presentation shall be conducted on the date and venue as communicated by the Board.
