• The Group aims to review, analyze and suggest various aspects of reforms in rural economy at each level of the Government Department. It also aims to undertake research and analysis to improve the finances of Central and State Governments.
  • Study the scope of Rural development in Central and State Governments and make an in-road and offer services of the Group thereby suggesting reforms in the department.
  • The Group could recommend the Government to develop a framework for public-private partnership, e-governance, sustainability development and employment generation.
  • The Group will strive to lay impetus on capacity building measures and organize training courses, seminars, workshops, and policy dialogue with a view to enhance understanding of the issues.
  • Group may enter Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with different Government Departments and Ministries to undertake the said capacity building initiatives in a phrased manner /jointly organize programs by utilizing members of the profession across the country thereby creating more professional opportunities for the members of the profession.
  • Drafting various Publications, Articles addressing the issues of transparency, good governance and challenges posed in the process of reforms in the Rural Economy.
  • Group would also undertake various studies and research to provide valuable input to various State and Central Government for developing a mechanism of improving the Government Accounting System.
  • The Group plans to harness technology to deliver better services through webinars, video lectures etc. which would enable present day information technology in assisting the Government reforms process in various Government Departments.

    • Asian Development Bank (ADB)
    • IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand)
    • Aspirational District program of Niti Aayog
