Q1. Is the Board of Studies (Academic) offering Live Virtual Classes at all levels?
Ans. Yes. The Board of Studies (Academic) offers Live Virtual Classes for Foundation, Intermediate and Final courses.

Q2. Where can I access the Live Virtual Classes?
Ans. Students can access the Live Virtual Classes through the BoS Knowledge Portal using their Student Registration Number (without using icai.org) and Date of Birth as per SSP records. The classes are also available through the ICAI BoS Mobile App.

Q3. What credentials are required for login?
Ans. Students must use their Student Registration (without using icai.org) Number and Date of Birth as recorded in the Self-Service Portal (SSP). OTP verification is required.

Q4. I am unable to login even after entering the correct details. What should I do?
Ans. Retry after some time. If the issue persists, contact the BoS Helpdesk with the error screenshot.

Q5. Is the portal course-specific?
Ans. Yes. Students can access content only for the course in which they are registered.

Q6. How can I download Faculty Notes and Assignments?
Ans. Login to the BoS Knowledge Portal or ICAI BoS Mobile App and download the required Notes and Assignments from the respective subject section.

Q7. How can I ask my doubts during the Live Classes?
Ans. Students may post queries during the live session or use the ‘Send Query' feature available on the portal/app.

Q8. Where can I view previous batch recorded lectures?
Ans. Recorded lectures of current batches are available through the BoS Knowledge Portal and ICAI BoS Mobile App, subject to availability.

Q9. Where can I find the latest announcements?
Ans. Latest announcements are available on the BoS Knowledge Portal and ICAI BoS Mobile App.

Q10. Are the Live Virtual Classes free or paid?
Ans. The Board of Studies (Academic) conducts Paid Live Virtual Classes (LVC). Students are required to pay the prescribed fee for the respective course/group.

Q11. What is the fee for the Paid Live Virtual Classes?
Ans. Foundation – ₹1,000;
Intermediate: Single Group – ₹1,000, Both Groups – ₹2,000;
Final: Group I – ₹1,500, Group II – ₹1,000, Both Groups – ₹2,000.
Only Recorded Lectures – Single Group ₹ 200, Both Group ₹ 400

Q12. How can I enroll in the Paid Live Virtual Classes?
Ans. Visit BoS Knowledge Portal, select the available Paid LVC batch, complete the online payment and your access will be activated after successful payment.

Q13. Which payment methods are accepted?
Ans. Payment can be made through the online payment gateway using UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and other supported digital payment options.

Q14. After successful payment, how will I receive access?
Ans. After successful payment, the enrolled batch will appear in your dashboard and you can access live classes, recorded lectures, notes and assignments.

Q15. My payment is successful but the course is not visible. What should I do?
Ans. Logout and login again. If the issue persists, contact the BoS Helpdesk with your Registration Number, Transaction ID and payment screenshot.

Q17. Can I watch recorded lectures if I miss a live class?
Ans. Yes. Students enrolled in Paid LVC can access the recorded lectures of their subscribed batch.

Q18. Can I change my subscribed course/group after payment?
Ans. No. Change of course/group is ordinarily not permitted after successful payment.

Q19. Is the Paid LVC fee refundable?
Ans. No. LVC Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q20. What is included in the Paid LVC subscription?
Ans. The subscription includes Live Virtual Classes, Recorded Lectures, Faculty Notes, Assignments and access through the BoS Knowledge Portal and ICAI BoS Mobile App.

Q21. How long will recorded lectures remain available?
Ans. Recorded lectures will remain available for the period notified by the Board of Studies (Academic) for the respective batch.

Q22. Whom should I contact for payment or technical issues?
Ans. Students should contact the BoS Helpdesk with their Registration Number, Transaction ID, payment details and screenshots for prompt assistance.
