EOI from Event Management Entity are invited from reputed, experienced, eligible and financially sound Event Management Entity for Organising, Conducting and Managing ICAI Startup SPhere Programme on 27th & 28th June, 2023 at World Jio Centre, BKC, Mumbai. About 10000 Participants/ Stakeholders are expected to attend the said programme.

As the Event Management Entity, you will be responsible for followings:

Secretariat Management, Assistance in Local & Ministry Permissions VIP - Inauguration & Valedictory Ceremony, Marketing & Promotion- (Videos, Audio, Print, Any other media, Social Media Marketing, Contents Managements etc), Abstract Management, Transport & Tour Management, Website & Apps Designing & Maintenance, Speaker Management, Airport Facilitation, Registration Management (Onsite Support), Venue & Onsite Management, Entertainment & Cultural Program (if any) Coordination, Designing of Collaterals, Sponsorship Management, Spouse/Accompanying Person Program Management, Hospitality Assistance, Conference Budgeting, Overall Programme Coordination & Management, Audit & Closure. As an entity you should have 3 years of successful experience in managing the large profile events (Provide the documentary evidence for the same)

Your proposal should include a detailed outline of your offering with a breakdown of costs and a description of the services that you will provide.
