ICAI invites suggestions on tax proposals in the Finance Bill, 2026
The Hon'ble Finance Minister has presented the Union Budget 2026-27 in the Parliament. In view of the same, the Direct Taxes Committee, Committee on International Taxation and GST & Indirect Taxes Committee invite suggestions on the tax proposals in the Finance Bill, 2026 for consideration and inclusion in the Post Budget Memorandum 2026 to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance. Please submit your suggestions latest by 9th February, 2026.

Receipt of your suggestions on the tax proposals in the Finance Bill, 2026 within the desired time frame will enable us to submit the Post-budget Memorandum 2026 timely.
