Certificate Course on Mediation

The Committee on Commercial Laws, Economic Advisory & NPO Co-operative of ICAI conducts the Certificate Course on Mediation to equip members with knowledge and professional skills in the area of Mediation, an emerging and effective mode of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The course provides a structured learning experience on the legal framework, techniques, and practical aspects of mediation, along with exploring professional opportunities for Chartered Accountants in this domain.

Course Highlights:

  • Duration: 40 hours

  • Mode & Fees:

    • Physical: ₹20,000 + GST
    • Online: ₹5,000 + GST (conducted in case of less/no registration in physical mode)

  • Eligibility: Members of ICAI

  • Evaluation Test: 3 hours | 100 marks | Objective & Subjective (Physical) / 100 MCQs (Online) | Bare Act allowed | Passing: 50% with 75% attendance

  • Certification: Awarded on passing the evaluation test

  • CPE Hours:
    • 25 Structured CPE hours on 75% attendance
    • 5 Structured CPE hours on passing evaluation test
Certificate on completion of the Course:

A certificate will be awarded to the members on successful completion of the course and passing the examination.
