Certificate Course on Estate & Succession Planning

The Committee on Commercial Laws, Economic Advisory & NPO Cooperative of the ICAI, in order to promote professionalism and best practices in estate management and succession planning, conducts the Certificate Course on Estate & Succession Planning to make the members competent in this emerging field. This course is conducted at various locations across the country. The course aims at providing:

Eligibility: Members of ICAI

Duration:
  • Physical Mode: 30 Hours across 5 days
  • Online Mode: 30 Hours across 10 days
CPE Credit: 25 Hours (with 75% attendance) + 5 Hours (on clearing evaluation test)

Evaluation Test: 3 hours (100 MCQs, 50% pass, no negative marking; includes case studies/practical questions)

Batch Size:
  • Physical: Minimum 40 participants
  • Online: Maximum 220 participants
Course Fees:
  • Physical: ₹12,500 + GST
  • Online: ₹5,000 + GST
Refund Policy:
  • 90% refund if cancelled before commencement.
  • No refund once started, but option to attend in a later batch.
  • Full refund if ICAI cancels/postpones the course.
Registration: Registration will be on first come-first serve basis.

Certificate on completion of the Course:

A certificate will be awarded to the members on successful completion of the course and passing the examination.
