Sub: Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest for ICAI Delegation Visit to GIFT City-IFSCA on 28th August 2025 followed by GCC Summit from 29th-30th August 2025

The Development of International Trade, Services & WTO (DITS&WTO) Directorate of ICAI is pleased to announce a special delegation visit to India's first International Financial Service Centre (IFSC) in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 28th August 2025, organized in conjunction with the GCC Summit scheduled for 29th-30th August 2025 in Ahmedabad.

This visit offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA- unified financial regulator,) financial institutions and experts from the financial services domain in GIFT City-IFSC-India's first operational smart city and international financial hub.

• Roundtable Discussion & Interaction Session with professionals from accounting, finance, and regulatory domains operating under IFSCA
• Insights into GIFT IFSCA's regulatory framework, procedures, and financial ecosystem
• Guided tour of the GIFT City campus
• Jointly hosted by IFSCA

• The visit is on a self-financed basis.
• ICAI will coordinate with a hotel partner to offer discounted accommodation rates.
• Separate registration is required to attend the GCC Summit in Ahmedabad on 29th-30th August 2025.
• Limited seats (30-35) are available for the delegation.
• The Directorate reserves the right to shortlist participants.
