Invitation for Empanelment as Resource Person/Faculty/Expert for the Orientation Course (OC) and Management & Communication Skills (MCS) programme of Board of Studies to be organized by the ICAI through its Regional Offices and Branches in the Year 2024-25.

The BoS, under the ICAI, is a dedicated body focused on enhancing practical skills and industry-relevant competencies of students through structured interventions, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and professional requirements. It oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of skill development programs, enabling students to be industry-ready and competitive in the job market.

The BoS organises regular sessions of OC and MCS at its Regional Offices & Branches across India. The key skills proposed to be covered are Branding skills, Communication skills, Critical thinking skills, Design Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurial Skills, Inter-personal skills, Leadership skills, Listening Skills, Negotiation skills, Networking skills, Problem Solving skills, public speaking skills, Team Building skills, Time Management, Work Ethics any other skill and new age, contemporary & other professional, technical, and technological skills. The aforesaid programmes emphasis on enriching skill sets of the aspirant Chartered Accountants required for their well-being and professional accomplishments.

BoS proposes to empanel the Faculties/ Experts/Resource persons to be engaged in OC and MCS programmes who has more than 5 years of teaching/training experience in the relevant area.
