Self Service Portal (SSP) - User Support & Helpdesk Information
The Self Service Portal (SSP) is the online platform of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) that provides a wide range of services to Members, Students, and Firms, including services related to Membership, Students, Articleship, Firms, Examinations, and other ICAI activities.

The SSP can be accessed at: https://eservices.icai.org/

New Users - A Students desirous of pursuing the Chartered Accountancy Course may register on the SSP as First Time Users.

Existing Users - Existing Students, Members, and Firms may create their login credentials directly through the SSP, if not already created.

Domain-wise Support - For any issue related to a specific domain, users are requested to send their queries to the respective email IDs mentioned below:

  • ssp[dot]student[at]icai[dot]in – Student related issues

  • ssp[dot]article[at]icai[dot]in – Articleship related issues

  • ssp[dot]member[at]icai[dot]in – Member (other than Firm) related issues

  • ssp[dot]firm[at]icai[dot]in – Firm Module related issues
