In order to mitigate the hardship being faced by students due to problems faced while registering / uploading documents, etc. in Self Service Portal, it has been decided to advise students to register their query at Institute Toll Free No. i.e. 18001211330 (between 10AM to 5PM on working days) after sending their grievance at SSP portal so that the same can be collated and separately sent to SSP team for early resolution.
