'Monograph on Accounting for Rubber Plantation' is one of the series of monographs on various aspects of accounting for agriculture and allied areas brought out by the Research Committee of the Institute. The Monograph deals with the salient features of financial and management accounting in rubber plantations. The chapter on accounting deals with the important aspects of plantation accounting, such as, the segregation of capital and revenue expenditures especially in the context of determination of the capital cost of rubber plantations, amortisation of capital cost of rubber plantations and inventory valuation.
