ICAI through its Direct Taxes Committee makes suitable representations to the appropriate authorities on various issues arising out of direct tax laws from time to time which are brought to the notice of the Committee by the members across the country. Recently, CBDT has mandated the filing of audit reports electronically from A. Y. 2013-14 onwards. The Direct taxes Committee of ICAI has at several occasions taken up the concerns of its members relating to the issues being faced. In furtherance to our efforts as a partner in nation building, ICAI has co-ordinated with the Income Tax Department to resolve the difficulties being faced by our members in e-filing and has thus organized a LIVE Webcast as per following schedule:
