The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Head Office ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi and Central Regional Office at 16/77-B, Civil Lines, Kanpur wishes to construct Central Regional Office Building measuring about 50,000 sq.ft. comprising basement and 6th floor on Plot measuring 2,459 sq.mtr. bearing No. 9, Block A-1, Lakhanpur Kanpur.

Interested reputed contractors of Kanpur having track record of constructing these type of buildings are requested to submit their applications in the form which is hosted on the website www.circ-icai.org and www.icai.org.

While deciding upon the short-listing of contractors, great emphasis will be given on the ability and competence to do quality works within the specified time schedule and in close co-ordination with other agencies. Decision of ICAI in regard to prequalification of contractors will be final. No correspondence in this connection will be entertained or no reason will be assigned therefor.
