The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi invites Applications from the reputed Contractors/Firms/Parties for short listing of Contractors for time bound construction of its building at Hatisur, Kolkata.

Only Firms/Contractors/Parties with minimum 10 year’s experience who have satisfactorily executed at least two similar jobs each costing minimum Rs. 10 Crores in Commercial/Institutional/Hotel buildings of architectural merit within the stipulated time, may apply.

Applications shall be made in the prescribed Proforma which can be obtained during Office hours from Office of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ‘ICAI Bhawan’, 7, Russell Street, Kolkata – 700 071 upto 10th October, 2009 on submission of evidence of their credentials. The Proforma can be downloaded from website www.icai.org or www.eircicai.org

The completed application should be submitted addressed to Sr. Deputy Secretary on or before 17th October, 2009 upto 3:00 p.m.

The ICAI also reserves all rights to accept or reject any Applications or Tender at any stage or time fully or partially and for the whole process or any part thereof including addition, alteration, modification, change, edit & delete any item/s or conditions or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or replace fully or partly without assigning any reasons whatsoever and the decision of the Institute shall be final and binding on the contractors / tenderers.
