| Chartered Insurance Institute of London has confirmed that completion of the Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management (DIRM) qualification of ICAI will attract accreditation from the following CII units: |

| This is similar to the existing agreement whereby completion of the Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management attracts another award of 30 credits, but graduates may not sit the examination for unit 655 Risk Management here. |
- It may be noted that accreditation of prior learning is awarded at the discretion of the CII and is subject to review at any time.
- Graduates completing the Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management (DIRM) of ICAI will not be entitled to receive a certificate for the Certificate in IT for Insurance Professionals but will be able to register 30 credits towards CII’s qualifications – and will not be permitted to take the examination in this unit.
