- Understand and assess the present skills gap amongst all Chartered accountants to enhance their competence and improve their visibility amongst the stakeholders. The key skills are Branding skills, Communication skills, Critical thinking skills, Design Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurial Skills, Inter-personal skills, Leadership skills, Listening Skills, Negotiation skills, Networking skills, Problem Solving skills, Public speaking skills, Team Building skills, Time Management, Work Ethics any other skill and new age, contemporary & professional, technical and technological skills.
- Engage competent personnel and faculty on professional services basis to enable skill enrichment of Chartered Accountants and incur necessary costs therefor
- Faculty Development programs to enable Chartered Accountants to also serve as Faculty/Resource Person in various activities of the Professional Skill Enrichment.
- Arrangement of the Webinars/Webcasts/ Workshops/Summits/Conferences/Seminars/Brainstorming Sessions/Interactive Sessions/ Residential Program/ Orientation program / Outreach Program/ Mentorship program/Master Class/ MDP/EDP/ other programmes on various professional aspects of the Chartered Accountants/other professionals for their enrichment of skills.
- Develop and/ or Implement IT platform/IT-enabled services including Web portal, social media, Electronic Media, AI Tools, WhatsApp & other forms of IT Tools for Skill Enrichment of Chartered Accountants.
- Conduct of assessment and training for Skill Enrichment of Chartered Accountants and providing platforms as necessary for continuous feedback and improvement, where professionals can access ongoing support, resources, and mentorship to enhance their skills.
- Arranging Products and/or Services for the Skill Enrichment of Chartered Accountants & other professionals for enhancement of their professional portfolio.
- Arrangement of the Courses/ Refresher Courses/Certificate Courses/Post Qualification Courses for professional skill enrichment of the Chartered Accountants/other professionals.
- Collaborations including MoU/Agreement/ SoI/ any other form of arrangement with the institutions such as IIMs /IITs /NITs/Management Institutes/Training Institutes/ Universities/ Government organizations / Eminent entities for professional Skill enrichment of Chartered Accountants/Other professionals
- To develop/release the knowledge base and publications in terms of professional, contemporary & other subjects in printed/electronic form to enrich the skills of Chartered Accountants & other professionals.
- Arrangement of a country wide Skill Enrichment Drive for CA Professionals, on 15th July (World Youth Skills Day) by targeted programs & Focused Drive for professional skills enrichment of Chartered Accountants.
- To carry out the other activities pertaining/relating to the Professional Skill Enrichment of the Chartered Accountants, and any other endeavor assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
