The Committee on Financial Markets and Investors' Protection (CFMIP) of ICAI, actively seeks the valuable perspectives of its diverse members regarding the Consultation Paper released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Additional Proposals Regarding Framework for Issuance of Subordinate Units REITs and InvITs.

This inclusive invitation specifically addresses proposals 1 to 6 outlined in the consultation paper. Recognizing the significance of engaging the expertise and insights of its members, the ICAI encourages a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the proposed amendments. This collaborative approach aims to ensure that the regulatory framework effectively addresses concerns and aligns with the best interests of the financial markets, fostering transparency and integrity in the realm of securities regulation.
