Terms of Reference

  • To assist in the formulation of the overall scheme for the Corporate Mitra Project of the Government of India.
  • To undertake coordination, outreach, awareness creation and all necessary activities for effective implementation of the initiative; ensure access to training across Tier-II and Tier-III cities through all Regions, Branches, Chapters and offices of ICAI and consider periodic continuing training, capacity building and skill enrichment for the Corporate Mitra, including the mode and manner thereof.
  • To enlist resources - human, logistic or otherwise - for purposes listed above and those that may be related therewith.
  • To constitute working groups and/or invite experts, academicians and industry leaders for its implementation.
