The Committee on Promoting Work Life Balance is newly formed committee for the Council Year 2025-26 constituted with an objective to enhance the well-being of stakeholders of ICAI and augmenting professional excellence by promoting a healthy work-life balance and strengthening ICAI’s role as a globally recognized accountancy organization. The Terms of Reference of the Committee are follows:

  • To inspire professionals to embrace personal well-being activities such as art, culture, literature, yoga, meditation etc into their daily lives for holistic growth and overall well-being.
