  1. Since the first examination to the ITL & WTO Part I would be held in November 2005 and as such there is no readily available pattern or model test paper, the suggested pattern of question papers cannot be supplied to the candidates for the time being.

  2. In respect of the possible pattern of questions, while the questions would be covering the basic concepts of all topics, an attempt would be made to have more short note questions covering the length and breadth of the syllabus of the respective papers including the case studies. However, keeping in view the nature of the subjects there could also be questions which may require detailed answers i.e. essay type questions.

  3. Copies of the Bare Acts/Agreements/Rules which may be required for answering the relevant questions would be supplied to the candidates in the examination centre.
