The Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub- section (2) of section 29A read with clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government has made amendments in the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, vide notification G.S.R.796 (E) dated 23rd August 2018 in the Rules 16, 20, 25, 31, 32 and clause 7 of Schedule 6.
