Qualifications
For Sr. No. 1: The candidate should have atleast 15 years experience of handling construction projects, general administration, house-keeping, security and various statutory responsibilities attached to general administrative functions of a large organization. He should possess excellent communication skills and leadership qualities to ensure timely completion of projects. He should be well-versed with modern computerisesd project monitoring packages.
The candidate should be BE/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class from reputed Engineering College. Preference will be given to the candidate with added qualification of ME/M.Tech./MBA from reputed Institution.
For Sr. No. 2: The candidate should have atleast 5 years experience of supervising the construction work at building projects. He should be technically sound and well-versed with latest project monitoring and quality control techniques.
The candidate should be BE/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class from a reputed engineering college. The candidates with post-graduate qualifications such as ME/M.Tech./MBA will be given a preference. |
Emoluments
Present total monthly emoluments at the beginning of the pay-scale inclusive of Basic Pay, DP, DA, CCA at Central Government rates and HRA at 35% of the basic pay for Dy. Secretary-Project & Administration Rs. 37,000/- (approx); for Civil Engineer Rs. 21,000/- (approx; plus other usual benefits as per rules of the Institute. |
Reservation:As per norm
Remuneration is negotiable commensurate with the qualification and relevant experience. Relaxation in Eligibility criteria, pay protection and higher start can be considered subject to final decision of the Institute for deserving candidates.
