| Collection of Membership fee by way of local cheques at Indore |
In order to facilitate the collection of membership fee at Decentralied office of the Institute at Indore it has been decided that members can pay their fee by way of local cheques at Indore itself. The Decentralised office – Indore will accept the payment of fee and will follow the procedure as under:-
- Cheques will be deposited in the Membership Fee Collection Bank Account with ICICI Bank.
There is no need to open a new bank account and fee can be deposited in ICICI Bank account operated by Kanpur Decentralised office which also has anywhere banking facility.
- Out-station cheques shall not be accepted by DCO-Indore.
- Pay-in-slips showing the deposit of cheque with the bank and other related documents shall be sent to Kanpur Regional Office by the Officer-In-charge of Indore to DCO-Incharge.
- The required updation in members records and accounting entry will be carried out in the CITRIX system by Kanpur office and necessary accounting and updation of accounts will be carried out.

| The other arrangements shall come into force with immediate effect and may kindly be suitably informed to all concerned. |
