A National Conference on the Theme “Emerging Paradigm For Accounting: Special Thrust On Professional Service And Its Quality” was organized by Committee on Public Finance, Committee for Co-operatives and NPO Sectors and Committee on Management Accounting of ICAI and hosted by Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI on 1st February, 2014 at The Mercy Luxury Business Hotel, M G Road, Ravipuram, Ernakulum.

The said programme was inaugurated by CA Anuj Goyal, CCM, Chairman, CCONPO, CMA and CPF of ICAI. CA. Mathew Joseph, Chairman, Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI and other Managing Committee Member of Ernakulam Branch of SIRC were also present in the National Conference.

Eminent speakers CA. Madhukar N Hiregange and CA. G Rengarajan deliberated on various topics related to the theme of the Conference such as Intellectual Property Services, Recent Changes in Service Tax, Companies Act 2013- Related Party Transactions.

The Conference ended with the vote of thanks given by the Treasurer, Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI branch and The Conference was attended by large members of the profession.
