The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), which houses the Permanent Secretariat of South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA), has organised an Inter-College Debate on the topic ‘Mandatory CSR-Would it Enhance Accountability of Corporate?’ on 9th December 2013 at New Delhi to commemorate SAARC Charter Day. Ms. Madhu Sethi, Deputy Secretary (SAARC), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India was the Chief Guest at the occasion.
