The Continuing Professional Education Committee at its 248th meeting held on 26th February 2004 decided that the members who are surrendering their Certificate of Practice (COP) during a particular calendar year should be required to meet the CPE requirements relevant for the particular calendar year in which a member surrenders his COP.
