Conclusion

The implementation of multi level vision for the profession of Indian Chartered Accountants requires the involvement of several actors-(1) each individual student and Chartered Accountant in practice/service, (2) each CA firm, and (3) The Institute.

  The implementation is an ongoing process. Therefore, the task of Committee in this phase could be delegated to various committees. This will speed up the process of implementation and help assume ownership of the actions by various committees. This will also involve active participation of all the Council Members at Central and Regional level which alone can make it a grand success.
  Central Vision Steering Committee can be constituted to monitor and supervise the Implementation Phase of the Vision with the help of Regional Vision Steering Committees to be constituted in each Region.
  Different working groups may be set up with blend of volunteer members and Institute's Officers on the following tasks:

Central Restructuring;
Regional Restructuring; and
Competence Restructuring.
  Each Working Group will take up the respective inputs from various Committees of the Council and will process them, communicate with the concerned target segments and ensure implementation and will contribute to stabilise the same.
Review and update
  The Working Groups at Regional Level will submit their report to Regional Vision Steering Committees, which in turn will be forwarded to Central Vision Steering Committee with review and analyse with Regional Vision Steering Committees.
