In compliance with the direction of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, vide ex parte Order dated 17th September, 2018 in Writ C.No. 31365 of 2018, passed in the matter of Kapil Gupta vs. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & Others, and in partial modification of Announcement dated 29th June, 2018, it is hereby informed to all concerned that the polling for election to the Twenty Fourth Council from the Central India Regional Constituency and Twenty Third Central India Regional Council will now be held for two days on 7th and 8th December, 2018 in Ghaziabad city by recognizing Ghaziabad as one city after clubbing Indirapuram, Sahibabad, Vaishali, etc. with Ghaziabad.

Accordingly, in terms of Rule 21(3) of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, the polling at the polling booths set up at Ghaziabad (C065 to C067), Indirapuram (C081), Sahibabad (C181) and Vaishali (C197 to C198) will be held on two consecutive days, i.e. 7th and 8th December, 2018.
