The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is proud to launch the new and improved version of ICAI Mobile App ICAI Now. The new version is available on all major platforms i.e. Android, iOS and Windows. The App has undergone various enhancements since it was launched in February 2014 keeping in mind the Industry Best Practices, Upgradation of Technology and feedback received from Students, Members and other stakeholders. Since its inception, the app has got a tremendous response and has got an average rating of 4.2. The Mobile App ICAI Now has been downloaded by more than 3,30,000 users and the number is increasing by leaps and bounds.

ICAI Mobile App ICAI Now has been instrumental in bringing another revolution in disseminating information, knowledge and expertise to empower students, members and other stakeholders anytime, anywhere.

A Glimpse of the new features of the app:

• Notification Enhancement: The new release will have the functionality where default one-line title app notifications may be expanded to see the complete title. This will help the users to ascertain the content of the message at the notification bar itself. Users will just to pinch and zoom the notification to fully access this feature.
• Sharing from notifications: Sharing of announcement is enabled from Mobile app notification received on the user mobile device. This will help user to share any specific content on single click of a button without opening of mobile app.
• Sharing of Posted Content with other users: The New Release will have the feature where users may share individual post with users on other platforms i.e. Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS etc. available on the user’s device. The receiving user will receive a link of the posted content with ICAI Logo, Title of Post and Website URL of Post on the platform they are shared. The sending users will just have to click the share button on the bottom of the page and share it with another user on the platform they desire.
• Pinch and Zoom feature: Mobile app users can pinch and zoom mobile app contents as per their convenience.
• Hyperlinking enabled with ICAI Website: Mobile app users now can navigate to ICAI website to view complete announcement directly from hyperlinks hosted on ICAI mobile app.
• ICAI E-Journal category is enabled in ICAI mobile app.
