Company Profile:

VitalSource Knowledge Associates Private Limited [VKA] was registered in 2007 with its registered office and KPO center at Delhi NCR. Its main objective is to provide niche financial and management consultancy services in the knowledge process outsourcing space to select international and local clients.

To meet the ever increasing challenges and new developments in a volatile and competitive market environment, businesses need industry specific financial accounting and management reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency in operations and managerial decision-making. VKA's key focus will be to position its services to encourage and support businesses in their CSR initiatives and thus enabling them in assuming a bigger role in directing resources to serve society in general and its underprivileged sections in particular.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Selected candidate will take responsibilities as a business partner and profit center manager in growing the professional service lines and work independently on assignments and should be capable of managing operations and mentoring other team members.

Career perspective: The right candidate would have the opportunity to advance professional career and develop skill sets in niche consultancy verticals besides accounting, audit, tax and corporate law compliances. These services include but are not limited to:

a) Accounts outsourcing process design and management,
b) Developing finance, HR and administrative policies and procedures,
c) Accounting, costing and MIS system implementation,
d) Conducting feasibility studies and Industry research,
e) Due diligence reviews,
f) Portfolio analysis and Wealth management services.

Compensation: Negotiable [based on qualification, experience, attributes sought and will include fixed component and performance bonuses.

Location: Delhi NCR/Vaishali

Qualification, Experience and other attributes:

1) Academic: Chartered Accountant [additional qualifications preferred]

2) Experience: 1- 3 years of relevant experience in specified areas [excluding articleship training]

3) Soft Skills and other attributes:

a) Presentable personality,
b) Dynamic, self-motivated and goal oriented,
c) Interactive and interpersonal skills,
d) Ability to lead and mentor a team,
e) Good communication skills in English is a must,
[Should be able to prepare independent reports for consultancy assignments and maintain correspondence in grammatically correct language]
f) Time management and presentation skills,
g) Willingness to travel abroad on client assignments,
h) Awareness, interest and participation in social and public initiatives.

4) Computer Skills: Should have working knowledge of MS Office and accounting systems. Higher level of exposure to I.T systems would be advantageous.

Desire Profile Specification
Selected candidate will take responsibilities as a business partner and profit center manager in growing the professional service lines and work independently on assignments and should be capable of managing operations and mentoring other team members.

Good writing skills in english and ability to develop independent research and client reports as directed or with some guidance, is essential.

Special preference will be for recently qualified or young practicing CAs, with independent office and professional address in Delhi who would like to partner and participate on overseas assignments taking responsibilities for back office functions and preferably be available for short assignments abroad to increase their income.

Salary Pakage and Perks
Salary package:
Min: 25000 INR    Max: 40000  INR
