Attention of the members (who have joined the Post Qualification Course in International Trade Laws and World Trade Organisation) is invited to the requirements of Paragraph 14 of the Notification No. 1-CA(7)/64A/2003 in Part III Section 4 of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) dated 4.12.2003 for the Post Qualification Course in International Trade Laws and World Trade Organisation, whereby a candidate can register himself for Part II (Practical Training) after qualifying in the Part I Examination of the Course by submitting an application in the approved form. Practical training has been specified for a period of 30 (thirty) days. For further details on practical training requirements, please refer the FAQs available in the prospectus of the Course as well as at the website http://www.icai.org.
The Committee on Trade Laws and WTO has also been approaching various organistions in order to facilitate members in this regard. The details of such suggestive organizations, who have agreed till now, to impart practical training to candidates of this Course are:-

Training can be organized by EIC through their Offices at Chennai/Delhi/Kolkata/Kochi/Mumbai for a maximum of 5 candidates at each of the locations as per their need.
The training would be organized twice a year from November 15 - December 14 and from May 15 -June 13 (these dates may be changed as per the discretion of EIC). Interested candidates are advised to forward their bio-data, for the consideration of EIC, to ICAI at the address mentioned (at the end) on or before: - October 10 - In case they wish to join Nov-Dec training session of corresponding year - April 10 - In case they wish to join May-June training session of corresponding year
