| I am pleased to inform you that the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 276th meeting held from 2nd to 5th February, 2008, has constituted a Group for undertaking the review of determining the number and level of employees at the Regional Council/branch levels, taking into account branch-specific number of members and students and coming out with its recommendations within a specified time period.

The members of the said Group are as follows :
- CA. Jaydeep Narendra Shah, Convenor
- CA. J. Venkateswarlu, Member
- CA. Manoj Fadnis, Member
Shri H. K. Jain, Deputy Secretary would act as the Secretary to the Group.
